description:
You're invited to attend an important meeting to assist hundreds of homeowners in your areas who were impacted by last year’s devastating floods. As you know the 2016 March/August floods affected more than 100,000 households and the August storm claimed 13 lives. In order to help the citizens you serve and lead, WE NEED YOUR HELP. You will receive an overview of the program, get your questions answered, and receive informational materials.

The Office of Community Development - Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD-DRU) recently launched the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, to aid homeowners affected by the 2016 floods. The program is designed to help with construction and reimbursements. It does not matter if homeowners have started or completed their recovery process.
