Governor Jindal Announces Memorial Service at State Capitol for Former Governor Treen

BATON ROUGE – Today, Governor Bobby Jindal announced that a memorial service to honor former Governor Dave Treen will be held at the Louisiana State Capitol on Monday, November 2, 2009.

The funeral procession is expected to arrive at the State Capitol Monday morning and a memorial service will follow. After the memorial service, former Governor Treen will “lie in state” in the State Capitol Rotunda.
