The state of Louisiana is proud to present the 2008-2010 State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).  Recently approved by Rehabilitation Services Administration, this plan represents the hard work and dedication of many agencies, organizations and representatives of the disability community.  The dynamic approach and partnership ethic contained in the SPIL demonstrate our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our families, friends, and neighbors with disabilities.
