description:
Every year in Louisiana, hundreds of children and adults are forced to work as a male or female prostitute with little or no pay. The 2017 Human Trafficking Symposium will bring together key leaders and stakeholders that serve trafficking victims, adult and youth survivors of trafficking, and interested stakeholders to learn more about best practices in identifying and working with trafficking victims.
Presented by the Governor's Office of Community Programs, with Special Guest Governor John Bel Edwards
