Gov. Edwards to Tour Storm Damage and Hold Media Briefing on April 13
BATON ROUGE – Tomorrow, April 13, Gov. John Bel Edwards will tour damage in Ouachita Parish following several tornadoes touching down on Sunday. Following a meeting with local officials, he will hold a press conference about the severe weather and also offer his daily COVID-19 update. As of Sunday, April 12, there were 20,595 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana, with 840 deaths.
All times are tentative and will be updated Monday.

Media will be able to follow the motorcade on the tour, which will leave from the OEP. As times are tentative, consider arriving early.
