Grace is a junior at Louisiana State University and is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She is a member of the Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College majoring in political communications with an English minor.  Grace is a member of Geaux Vote LSU working to promote civic and voter registration on LSU’s campus.  

 

 

 

 

Alacia Brew

Alacia is a junior at Southern University and is from Farmerville, Louisiana. Alacia is majoring in speech-language pathology and audiology.  She serves as the 2019-2020 Miss Southern University and is an active member in the Collegiate One Hundred Black Womenand the Alpha Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, inc. Her passions are serving the community and working with children with special needs.

 

 

 

 

Hayden Cresson
Office of Juvenile Justice

Hayden is a sophomore at Fordham University and is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She is majoring in international political economy and is a member of the Fordham College Honors Program.  She is also a member of the Fordham B-Sides, Fordham’s oldest co-ed a cappella group, planning fundraising events and organizing on and off campus performances and participation.  

 

 

 

 

Richard Davis
Department of Corrections

Richard is a senior at Southeastern Louisiana University and is from Slidell, Louisiana.  Richard is majoring in middle school education.  He has been SGA president since 2018 and is treasurer for his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha – Kappa Nu Chapter.  He is also a student member of the ULS Board of Supervisors and LA Office of Student Financial Assistance Advisory Board.

 

 

 

 

Donald Dunbar
Department of Revenue

Donald is a junior at Southern University and is from Hammond, Louisiana.  Donald is majoring in business management.  Donald is junior class president activities coordinator for the Southern University Men’s Federation.  He is also a volunteer for Big Buddy and Amedisys Hospice.

 

 

 

 

Jacob Ellis
Alcohol and Tobacco Control

Jacob is a junior at Northwestern State University in Louisiana and is from Natchitoches, Louisiana.  Jacob majors in business administration with a concentration in marketing and is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.  He is SGA President, Sargent at Arms for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, and a student member of the Natchitoches Parish Chamber of Commerce.

 

 

 

 

Robert Kyte
Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA)

Robert is a junior at Georgetown University, Walsh School of Foreign Service and is from Ruston, Louisiana.  He is the Junior Editorial and Photo Executive for the Thirty Seventh, a blog from Georgetown dedicated to fashion, lifestyle and education, and a permanent staff member and counselor for the Hardtner Camp in Pollock, Louisiana.

 

 

 

 

Elise LaFleur
Policy, Office of the Governor

Elise is a junior at the Catholic University of America and is from Abbeville, Louisiana.  She is majoring in politics and most recently completed a study abroad program with Parliament.  Elise was the student coordinator for leadership programs and was a congressional intern for Majority Whip Steve Scalise.  Elise served as secretary for the Network of Enlightened Women, Vice President and Treasurer of the College Republicans, and Student Government Senator for the Class of 2020.

 

 

 

 

Robert “Yancy” LeGrande
Department of Wildlife and Fisheries

Yancy is a sophomore at Louisiana State University and is from Coushatta, Louisiana.  He is a majoring in economics.  Yancy served as president of the LSU Colony of Sigma Chi.  He also served as a counselor for Louisiana Boys State and volunteers at the Children’s Museum, Habitat for Humanity and Big Buddy.

 

 

 

      

David Lehman
Louisiana Economic Development

David is an MPA Candidate at Louisiana State University and is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He is working towards his Masters in Public Administration, Economics and Public Policy.  He is a member of LSU’s Economics and Policy Research Group and President of the Public Administration Institute Student Association.  

     

 

 

 

Justin Malone
Louisiana Workforce Commission

Justin is a senior at Grambling State University and is from Quitman, Louisiana.  Justin is a Thurgood Marshall Fund Scholar majoring in marketing and business management.  He is Vice President of the SGA and Keeper of Records for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.  Justin is also a student worker in the Office of the President and member of the Judicial Hearing Board in the Office of Student Conduct.

Sarah is a sophomore at Louisiana State University and is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She is a member of the Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College and majoring in mass communication with an emphasis in political communications.  Sarah is a LA Service and Leadership Scholar and a research assistant for the Manship School of Mass Communication.  She is the Chair of LA Youth Platform and lead organizer of Re-envisioning Louisiana:  The State We Want to Be in.

Chris is a junior at Louisiana Tech University majoring in economics and is from Leesville, Louisiana.   He is SGA Vice President and a member of LA Tech Student Recruiters, Student Advancement Team and Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.
