Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) believes people with disabilities are unique, capable assets for employment in diverse fields. FPHSA direct the operation and relative to developmental disabilities, mental health and addictive disorders services. Since 2004, FPSHA has been fighting the path forward for residents in the parishes of Livingston, St.Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington.
