This presentation will examine the dispute resolution options for children with exceptionalities, and identify some of the most common/frequent dispute issues.
Participants should be able to navigate through the dispute process better, specifically by using some of the less adversarial dispute options.
These options generally lead to a better outcomes and relationships between parents and educators, save time, are more cost effective, and require fewer human resources than a due process hearing and/or litigation.
