Lessons can be universally designed for learning to fit the needs of all students in the classroom. The latest and greatest technology does play a major role to facilitate this process. However, it is the "process" and approach to making a lesson universally designed for learning that is far more important than just providing students with a bunch of techy tools. During this 4 week course for 20 clus, participants will explore the UDL framework, learn how to emphasize student choice, appropriately incorporate a variety tools into their lessons, and reach the diverse learners in their classroom.
