Louisiana is Committed to Maintaining a diverse workforce in state government in order to provide access to opportunities to all of its citizens and to reflect the talents of its diverse population. In order to achieve this goal of a talented and diverse state employee workforce, the state has a vested interest in erasing obstacles to meaningful employment specifically among individuals with disabilities.
