Early Steps would like to invite you to participate in the State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) and
Regional Interagency Coordinating Council (RICC) to discuss early intervention strategies for the Louisiana and the
Southwest Louisiana Region. All family members are invited to attend, including providers, and other
early intervention personnel.
The RICC’s mission is to:
-Provide a platform to family members for input and feedback on issues of early intervention
services in our area.
-Provide a means for information and communication for families and their children on a variety of
early intervention needs.
-Provide a means for resources of early intervention services for eligible children and their families
-Provide a way to participate in the State Interagency Coordinating Council to represent regional
issues.
