Students of all ability levels should have the opportunity to experience literacy designed to help them learn new skills or review current abilities. Adapting literacy activities is one method used to make books accessible. In this Make and Take session, participants will adapt a popular book used in the Early Childhood and Early Elementary class. Book titles to choose from will be: The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Wide Mouthed Frog, and Pete the Cat: Rocking in My School Shoes.
All materials will be provided.
