You are invited to: "Get to Know the Advocacy Center" on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 1 PM to 3 PM at Families Helping Families of SWLA. Our guest speaker from the Advocacy Center will be Christy Cormier, Community Living Ombudsman. She will discuss the programs and services of the Advocacy Center.
The Advocacy Center of Louisiana (AC) is the protection and advocacy (P&A) system for Louisiana. AC protects, empowers, and advocates for people with disabilities throughout the state, and for adults over age 60 in Orleans Parish with or without a disability. The Advocacy Center of Louisiana provides
services to people with disabilities and seniors regardless of income
