R.S. 49:152 requires that the flag of the United States wave from sunrise to sunset every day over the State Capitol and the public departments and institutions of this State.

R.S. 49:153 requires that the official flag of Louisiana wave from sunrise to sunset every day over the State Capitol and the public departments and institutions of the State.

R.S. 49:153.1 requires that the POW/MIA Flag be displayed beneath the Louisiana State Flag and that the POW/MIA Flag wave from sunrise to sunset each day over the State Capitol.
